Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
Most of our products are shipped from our warehouses in Sri Lanka or Canada.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Usually stocked products are shipped within 3-5 business days and custom or non-stock products are shipped within the time frame we provide you or as stated in the website. If a product/s is/are not available we will notify you immediately with an estimated time of delivery. Please note that since most of the products we sell are handmade the lead time to produce them may vary from one to the other.
Note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
Special Shipping Information:
All shipping fees, custom duty or any other charges by respective countries or territories are the responsibility of the respective customers.
We will pay shipping only one returned items as a result of a defect or in the event that a wrong item was shipped to the customer.
Return Policy:
You may return unused items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Stock products are subject to a 15% restocking fee should the customer decide to return these items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping charges shall be paid by the Customer. Confirm return without valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. RMA number can be obtained by logging into your customer account, or by emailing customer service.
All returns can be made by logging into My Account and going to the "Complete Orders" link. Click on the Return Item(s) button and follow the steps. Please note that your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be sent to you directly via e-mail.
Custom made products are non-refundable. We are happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item).
If the customer decides to not to accept a shipment, after it has been shipped from our warehouse, customer agrees to pay the cost of original shipment, cost of return shipping, any courier charges and a restocking fee of 15% even if free shipping was offered originally.
When can you expect a refund:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of placing the return order. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Once the refund is processed and a refund is issued, we will send you an e-mail and notify.
